WHY THE TERMINAL
01. THE REASON
Every stock that runs has a reason, and most traders never find it. The Terminal ties each big move to the filing behind it: a share offering, an 8-K news filing, an insider buy, or nothing at all. In our own data, runs on a priced offering closed down 4.3% on average, and 65% faded. Runs on an 8-K closed up 3.5%.
02. THE DILUTION TRAP
- Small caps often run, then sell new shares into the excitement. That waters down your slice, and the price often fades. The Terminal shows how many more shares a company is allowed to issue, often 20 to 30 times what exists today. It reads each filing in plain English, so you can tell a raise that’s permitted from one that’s already priced.
03. MEASURED
- Known Runners used to flag names as “due to run.” A year of history showed those names ran no more often than the rest, so we removed it. Each name shows a measured chance of running again in five sessions. On days it had never seen, the top ten ran again 80% of the time, against 56% for the old order.
04. THE WHOLE MARKET
- Your whole desk on one screen. About 13,000 US stocks are rescanned every 30 seconds, so nothing hides in a corner you forgot to check. Prices on your lists update every few seconds. Click any ticker for filings, insiders, financials and Congress trades on one page, so you stop hopping between tabs. Anything we can’t source is greyed out and labeled, never faked.

Before the bell, see what matters. The calendar flags FDA dates, Fed meetings and jobs reports. Sector rotation shows where money is moving, and the 52-week tab shows which names are pressing highs or lows.
Once the market opens, let it come to you. Set an alert on any name: a price level, a big move, unusual volume or an opening-range break. It lands in your Discord DMs, reason attached.
After the close, close the loop. Log each trade in a private journal and see your win rate, profit factor and results by setup. It’s private to your account, and fixing a number fixes every stat.
